Enter Art Fair. Copenhagen

We are delighted to participate in Enter Art Fair 2025 once again. On display will be works by Camilla Iliefski and Anita Oettershagen.

The basis for the tapestries and textile works of Swedish artist Camilla Iliefski is the technique of hand-tufting with natural materials such as linen and wool. Her artistic practice is intuitive and process-orientated. She knows in which direction she wants to go, but has no precise idea in mind. She lets herself be guided by what the materials and colours suggest to her. Her works are abstract colour compositions inspired by painters such as Paul Klee and Pierre Bonnard.

Anita Oettershagen's artistic universe is populated by textile sculptures that have a fascinating effect on us. To realise these works, the artist has developed a technique that she calls ‘stitching’. Despite using a precisely defined technique, it is important for the artist to be open to the surprises she encounters during the creative process and to the arbitrary forms that emerge. Despite the deliberate choice of material and colour, she willingly allows herself to be carried away by the unforeseen events that occur during the process.
